I've communicated to Amazon to no avail. This is not an apple product. The advertising is very misleading if not downright dishonest. Use of the term MagSafe is not accurate as it does not function electrically in the same manner as the Apple design. Use at your risk, no safety or regulatory certifications, no manufacturer or origin data. Amazon is asleep at the wheel on this one.

Very Awful and Cheater I think Amazon should remove this seller from the list because it effect it's repetition in future. I agree Eric Varsanyi comment above of that it damage my battery.
